 The main technique and equipments of us are imported from Germany,Great Britain,Switzerland and Japan, most of which represent the advanced level in the world.We originated the technique, i.e direct spinning with large capacity for poy in China, which can lower the cost and keep the quality stable with large batch.We＇ve developed hi-count polyester yarn and nylon 6 yarn with specific length and weight,involved in which the most advanced technology in the country and we are the largest base to manufacture this kind of products.Recently we were also successful in producing reconstruct fiber such as hi-count or microdenier yarn with natural fiber＇scharacter and special functions. Now we are leading in producing hi-count and micro-denier polyester yarn at large scale-70,000 tonsannually by direct spinning,and it has gained good reputations all over the country.Nowadays our products have incorporated into three species:SZ-pair non-torque heavy denier series,hi-count filament series and normal denierseries. Meanwhile, polyester chips such as CSD bottle grade chips,high I.V. chips, film grade chips and hot-fill bottle grade chips have been successfully turned out and attain much satisfaction from the customers. Among them the high I.V. chips is emerged for the first time in our country.It is the important material to produce industrial yarnwith high tenacity,high module and low shrinkage,mainly used in tyre industry.
